Puppy Socialization and Tweens Class
About Cara:
As a dog owner of five, my love for dogs has been central to my existence!
My passion and natural connection for animals began at an early age. It all started with
a budgie, then a dog, a rabbit, a (challenging) horse and a truly fortunate experience
handling and training owls and hawks at the American Bald Eagle Foundation in
Haines, Alaska. This incredible opportunity strengthened my understanding of the
importance and power of positive reinforcement in all training.
Over the years, the various animals I have trained and gained understanding through
have all taught me something unique which in turn enhanced my dog training skills.
Additionally, I obtained my formal dog training certificate through the Animal Behaviour
College where I graduated with honors.
I look forward to offering a fun experience for you and your pet as we work together to
unlock your canine friend’s greatest potential.

Puppy Socialization Drop-In
Taught by:
Cara Worden
Puppy Socialization Class – Drop In
Pups between 12-24 weeks old with 2 sets of vaccinations.
🐶About:
Puppies, puppies, puppies! Join us for a fun-filled hour of supervised puppy play and stimulating mind games! We offer your pet a safe and structured environment to socialize and develop essential skills by exposing them to a variety of experiences in a controlled positive manner.
📚What to Expect:
Supervised off leash play time (puppies with shy or bold personalities can be separated into groups as needed)
Exposure to various sounds, surfaces, people, and objects
Introduce basic obedience skills
Build confidence by reducing fear and anxiety
Tips on puppy rearing
Bonus socialization if attended along with our 6-week puppy course

Positive, open and fun attitude
Flat buckle collar or harness
Six-foot leash (no retractable leashes please)
Tiny, tasty, high value treats
Blanket or mat for pup

The Ultimate Teens
Taught by:
Cara Worden
Ultimate Teens/Adult Course, runs for 6-weeks, one class per week, sessions of 1 hour
For dogs over 24 weeks old who have taken the Ultimate Puppy Course or equivalent and vaccinations up to date.
🐶About:
This course is designed to further build on our Ultimate Puppy Course. We will continue to solidify the skills already learned by advancing to higher levels of complexity in our training.
📚What to Expect:
Dogs will be working on a leash or long line
Increase distraction and distance
Continue to master obedience commands
Curriculum tailored to handler experience
🛠️What to Bring:
Positive, open and fun attitude
Flat buckle collar or harness
Six-foot leash (no retractable leashes please)
Tiny tasty, high value treats and/or another motivator (toy, ball)
Blanket or mat for your furry friend

The Ultimate Puppy
Taught by:
Cara Worden
Ultimate Puppy Course, runs for 6-weeks, one class per week, sessions of 1 hour
Pups between 12-24 weeks old with 2 sets of vaccinations.

This fun six-week course is designed to guide our puppy owners to assist their dogs into becoming the most well-adjusted, confident and social dogs they can be. We will cover essential socialization experiences and obedience training while using positive reinforcement techniques to build a strong bond between puppy and human! Each week new activities, skills and social interactions will be introduced to set your puppy up for success in their world!
📚What to Expect:
Supervised off leash play time (puppies with shy or bold personalities can be divided into groups as needed)
Exposure to various sounds, surfaces, people, and objects
Introduce and build on foundational obedience commands
Guidance on managing puppy behavior, handling, and socialization activities
Handouts for at home practice
Curriculum tailored to handler experience
